Executive Chef
Paul Cecconi

Chef Paul joined the Food and Beverage team at The Harvest Golf Club in February of 2002 as Sous Chef. Elevated to the position of Executive Chef in February of 2004, Paul oversees a multi-faceted operation including The Harvest Dining Room, The Harvest Grille, Wine Master’s Dinners, specialty brunches and numerous banquets.

Paul’s extensive background includes 5 years with the Four Seasons Hotel in Vancouver, at which he completed his 3 year apprenticeship. From Vancouver, Chef Paul took an opportunity to relocate to Sydney, Australia with the Four Seasons Hotel



where he worked for 2 years and experienced many different cultures and cuisines.

Pacific Northwest Cuisine is Chef Cecconi's style, creating seasonal menus using the freshest produce and the highest quality of fish, meats and produce from local farmers. Chef Cecconi's Okanagan inspired dishes also incorporate organic products and fresh herbs from our very own garden.

Sarah Lindsay

Sarah joined the Food & Beverage Department at The Harvest Golf Club in April 2005 as Assistant Food & Beverage Manager.  Promoted to the position of Food & Beverage Manager June 1, 2006, Sarah brings over 13 years of food & beverage experience having worked at many award winning Okanagan Resorts. 

A passion for food, wine and golf, she looks forward to making your experience at The Harvest a memorable one.
