Paul Cecconi
Chef Paul joined the Food and Beverage team at
The Harvest Golf Club in February of 2002 as Sous Chef.
Elevated
to the
position of Executive Chef in February of 2004, Paul oversees
a multi-faceted operation including The Harvest Dining
Room, The Harvest Grille, Wine Master’s Dinners,
specialty brunches and numerous banquets.
Paul’s
extensive background includes 5 years with the Four Seasons
Hotel in Vancouver, at which he completed
his 3 year apprenticeship. From Vancouver, Chef Paul took
an
opportunity to relocate to Sydney, Australia with the Four
Seasons Hotel
