The Harvest Golf Club is proud to offer the Okanagan’s largest and best practice facility.
Featuring state-of-the-art synthetic turf by SYNLawn, target areas, a 1,700 sq. ft. putting green, and two dedicated chipping greens with sand bunkers, The Harvest practice facility is the best in the Okanagan.
With premium facilities and remarkably skilled intructors, there is no better place to master the game of golf.

Director of Instruction
Jeff Overholt
Jeff is a PGA of Canada Class “A” member and certified coach for New Competitors with numerous certifications related to athlete development. Jeff was recently awarded the 2022 PGA of BC “Teacher of the Year” for the Interior Section and brings with him 15 years experience coaching juniors, NCAA, mini-tour and masters level athletes.
Jeff offers comprehensive and holistic player development programs at the Harvest Club with players receiving support related to their technical, physical, mental, and tactical skills development. Jeff creates an “athlete-centered” learning environment and provides player’s a framework for skill development which is grounded in science, backed by decades of biomechanical research, and designed for those who want to challenge their potential.
Jeff was previously the co-owner of the Toronto based coaching group, Golf Performance Coaches (GPC). GPC has emerged as a leader in junior golf coaching in Canada and supports both players and coaches on their journey in golf.
Jeff has his undergraduate degree in Human Kinetics from the University of Ottawa and has won numerous PGA awards for his work with juniors as well as the emergence of coach development in golf. More specifically, Jeff was awarded the PGA of Ontario “Coach of the Year” in 2013 and the PGA of Canada “Junior Leader” award in 2014.
As a compliment to his time at Harvest outdoors, Jeff runs off-season coaching programs at his indoor coaching studio.
Head Professional
Jason McKinlay
After 10 years of working as an Associate Professional at The Harvest Golf Club, Jason will begin his new role of Head Golf Professional as of December 1st, 2025.
A graduate of the Professional Golf Management program at Grant MacEwan University, Jason began his career in his hometown of Consort, Alberta, where he and his father operated a junior golf program at their local 9-hole course. He then spent five formative years at the Lacombe Golf & Country Club as an Assistant Golf Professional under Head Golf Professional Mr. Kevin Broderson. Following his time in Lacombe, Jason continued to expand his experience with a season at the Belvedere Golf & Country Club, a private club in Sherwood Park, Alberta.
In the fall of 2014, Jason and his family relocated to the Okanagan, where he spent one season at Sunset Ranch Golf & Country Club under Head Golf Professional Bruce Vermee. Wanting to further his development, he joined Bruce at The Harvest Golf Club. Throughout his time at the club, Jason has become an integral part of our golf operations team, demonstrating professionalism, leadership, and steady progression toward this next step in his career.

At 7,109 yards, The Harvest is a championship-length layout designed by renowned Canadian golf course architect Graham Cooke. The name of our club is inspired by the many fruit trees that still dot the course and add to its splendor and a-peel - pun intended!
